How does the Starter Plan work?

Our Starter Plan is ideal for startups or those initiating their social media presence. For just $450 per month, you receive four posts monthly. This includes crafting captions and copies and managing one social media account. If you opt to supply your captions or copies and manage the scheduling and posting independently, the plan rates remain unchanged.

What does "1x social media network" mean?

This indicates that we'll customize posts specifically for your selected social media platform. These posts will align with the platform's unique requirements, including formats and dimensions. You can choose to have us handle publishing and scheduling on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, TikTok, and more, or manage it directly from your end.

What does "4x posts" mean?

Under the Starter Plan, we promise to create up to four posts for you within 30 days from the beginning of your subscription. These posts can include edited images, graphic designs, or video content. Each graphic or video we produce counts as one post. If you don’t use all four posts within your 30-day subscription, we can only carry over a maximum of four posts, applicable only to images and graphics, to the next billing cycle, resulting in a total of eight posts.

How much for additional posts?

We're here to accommodate your evolving marketing strategy. Each additional post, whether a graphic post or a 1-minute video, costs $95. Here's everything you need to know about video posting restrictions:

• Post Equivalency: Your number of available posts is directly tied to the minute credit for videos. For instance, under the Starter Plan, you get 4 posts, which is equivalent to 4 minutes of video credit. You can choose to use these credits for either still image posts or video content.
• Example Scenario: Let's break it down. If you opt to create 3 static visuals, this consumes 3 out of your 4 available posts, leaving you with either 1 static visual post or 1 minute of video. Similarly, if you produce videos totaling 3 minutes, you'd have 1 static visual post or 1 minute of video remaining.
• Video Duration Cap: Within your 30-day subscription period, there's a limit of 4 minutes for video content. Creating or using videos is not required, and you don't have to use the full 4-minute allowance.
• Flexibility: You have the option to allocate your posts to graphics or images instead of videos. Any unused video credits won't roll over to your next billing cycle, so it's advisable to utilize them within the current period.
• Video Editing Service: Our video editing service includes features like graphic overlays and a blend of stock media. However, it's important to note that this service does not include full 2D or 3D animation.

What is the process for revisions?

Each post comes with 2-3 revisions, permitting modifications to text, colors, alignment, and minor elements. It's important to note that creating or editing entirely new designs or video output is considered a new post. Even if your subscription renews for another 30 days, revisions are still possible within the set revision limits.

How are posts managed?

We utilize a tool for scheduling and sharing posts on your social media platforms. Alternatively, you have the option to manage this process independently, giving you control over the sharing of your content.

How do ownership and confidentiality work?

Upon request, we will supply all created materials, granting you complete copyright and ownership. Furthermore, we may request approval to feature the posts we've created in our portfolio.
