FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

A retainer program is a specialized program where artist/s work under you in exchange for a monthly retainer fee. Clients get to reserve the availability and services of the artist/s without the accompanying costs of keeping the artist in-house. A set schedule and number of hours will be assigned, and you only have to pay for the value of the monthly retainer fee.

As already stated above, a Retainer Program is highly effective for those who need a large volume of outputs within a month. Our Retainer Program ensures you only pay a fixed monthly rate to reserve our hours. There will be unlimited projects, depending on the kind of projects and artist availability. There’s less hassle with paperwork, and most of all, we see your project as a priority!

For now, the types of services we offer include: branding designs, graphic illustrations, animations, video editing, web designs, infographics, and other designs and animations. 

Currently, we DO NOT offer marketing plans and strategies, web/app development, marketing campaign creation, and web copies and content yet.

If interested, we will be sending you a research-focused proposal. Once you agree with the set proposal, we’ll be asking you for a meeting to work out the next steps of the project plan. 

Then, we’ll be sending you the contract and other paperwork. Once those are signed, we can officially start the project.

Your contact person will be our Project Coordinator and Creative Director.

We mainly use email and Slack for exchanging updates and project management. But if you have any platform you prefer to use, we can use that as well.

It depends on the complexity of the projects and the number of artists working on them.

This means that we don't limit the number of projects and revisions. However, we will be considering the number of people working on the given tasks and how achievable these tasks are based on the given time frame.

We'll stick to our working schedule and timezone, which is 10 AM to 6 PM (UTC + 08:00), Mondays to Fridays. This means that while you’re sleeping, we are working on your project. We will be doing all that we can to get you your project at the promised completion time.

We will be sending you regular updates and weekly reports to keep you up-to-date on the progress of your project. In the weekly reports, we’ll be detailing the number of hours left for your monthly package plan.

Holidays will be determined prior to signing the contract and will be considered non-working days. In the case of holidays in our country but not in yours, we’ll be informing you beforehand. This will not be a problem, however, as we’ll try to cover your projects or work on them in advance.

There are maximum weekly and monthly hours depending on your chosen plan. Any unused hours cannot be carried over to the next month or billing cycle. Working beyond allowable hours will be adjusted the following month and will have corresponding charges, which will be reflected before the end of the billing cycle.

No. You won't be working with a specific artist of your choice. We'll assign a dedicated artist who will work on your project. The main goal is to deliver the project within your specifications and expectations.

For any additional artists, we offer a fixed day rate fee. A day rate fee applies even if they will work under 5 or 6 hours, depending on your plan. The hourly rate only applies if they exceed more than 5 or 6 hours, depending on your plan.

Depending on your plan, we will set 5-6 hours of work per day, which is equivalent to 25-30 hours per week, within our working schedule. We can work beyond these hours for projects with tight deadlines and with your approval only. Extra hourly fees apply if we work beyond 5-6 hours per day or work during weekends and/or holidays.

Yes. All files regarding your projects are available upon request.

It depends on two factors: the volume of projects you need and your project requirements. We’ll be sending you a detailed proposal on what we can offer you.

We accept payment via PayPal, Credit Card, and Bank Transfer.

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your subscription anytime. Changing plans will reset your contract, and no fees will be refunded.

Yes. You can cancel your subscription anytime but no amount will be refunded.

No. Your subscription continues throughout the month of your current plan. At the same time, your plan is non-transferable to any succeeding month, should there be any discrepancies or changes of mind.

Your one-month advance deposit will be credited during the last month of your term.

No. Upgrading your plan does not require any additional advance deposit. You’re only required to pay the difference in your monthly subscription as your additional advance deposit. However, there will be no refund for any excess amount when you downgrade your plan.

We'll just continue the production as long as you're still subscribed.
