“This was our first “foray” in to the world of “explainer videos” so spent a fair bit of time and effort in looking at a number of providers and getting a feel for the work they had done previously. Although we are based in Sydney Australia, we were comfortable in dealing with partners from overseas and the use of Skype, Basecamp (the project management tool) and email made the process of communication very easy. The price point was competitive, the process we would be required to follow to get best results was clearly explained and the creative team understood our wants, needs and key elements of our product clearly. At no stage did we encounter any issue or have reason for complaint. Dennis and the team were a pleasure to deal with and we were very happy with the 2 videos they produced and should we need to produce more we would certainly use Modeo Media again.”
