Our team works solely on Mondays to Fridays from 10 AM to 6 PM (UTC + 08:00). So, even when you're taking a well-deserved rest, our team is still working hard to ensure we deliver your project on schedule within your expectations..

Our hours of operation are from Mondays to Fridays, so if you need assistance outside this period, please feel free to reach out before then. We understand everyone's schedules differ, but our team can only help within those days. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to helping you during our regular working hours.

In order to estimate the hours needed to complete a project or task, we have compiled a list of services, including the number of hours expected for initial output. Please note, however, that these estimates do not include revisions and are highly conditional upon the task's complexity and the number of talents working on it.

We guarantee that we won't limit the number of revisions or projects. However, we work with a set amount of hours on each monthly plan to help manage the workload more efficiently. That's why you can check out our list of services and corresponding hours needed to produce the initial output when you purchase a plan. This way, we can focus on efficiently getting high-quality results while keeping track of our time and resources.

You'll receive frequent reports to keep you updated on your project or task status. You can keep tabs on our development through our time-tracking account and view the accumulated hours.

We ensure our clients can access all relevant files associated with their projects. To that end, all files related to your projects are available upon request. We will promptly provide the files you need, including documents, images, presentations, spreadsheets, audio and video files, and any other materials associated with your project.
